C&S Performance L.L.C. is licensed and operates only in Nebraska. Any modifications, parts, or tuning altering factory emissions controls are sold and installed for off-road or competition use only where permitted by Nebraska law. Customers must follow all Nebraska vehicle equipment laws.
NEBRASKA TUNING STANDARDS
All performance, tuning, and customization services by C&S Performance L.L.C. are conducted in Nebraska and adhere to state regulations. Such upgrades may accelerate mechanical wear and decrease longevity. Note that factory warranties may be voided under Nebraska law or manufacturer policies.
AGREEMENT OF TERMS
By requesting or approving any performance or customization work with C&S Performance L.L.C. in Nebraska, the customer acknowledges that certain parts or services may not be legal for on-road use in Nebraska, accepts all risks related to Nebraska law compliance, and agrees that C&S Performance L.L.C. is not responsible for any damage, failures, tickets, fines, inspections, registration issues, or other legal consequences under Nebraska law arising from modified vehicles used on public roads.
